A Pleased Customer
We were so excited to receive an email from a customer who was pleased with the service that we were able to provide, here is a little bit of that email:
Emails and letters like this one make us proud of what we do. We love being able to help someone keep a relic from their older relatives in working condition. We hope that their pressure cooker gives them fond memories each time they use it.We have my grandma's old pressure cooker that has been in the family for almost 50 years and is used by three generations. The name plate has long fallen off and lost... With no tags or labels we had no idea who made it or where to get parts...We did not want a new pressure cooker so it was time to do some research. Our efforts on the internet lead us to your website which gave us a phone number to your business. The lady that answered the phone was super and helped us identify the maker of the pressure cooker through numbers stamped on the bottom of the cooker. She then looked up the parts and took our order. Your prices were great and we received the parts in only 2 days. That my friend is customer service. With Red Hill General Store's help, we now have my grandma's pressure cooker ready for another 50 years of home-cooking. Thank you for making us a happy family.D.R.
